It's 2026... now what

A very Happy New Year to you all. I truly hope that this coming year is your best yet.

 

 

First off, I want to keep a promise I made in the previous edition. I shared with you I would be running a new competition in Q1. That time is now...

All that's required is to submit your name then on 31st January, I’ll draw a name at random.

What's happening in Q1?

I want to share my excitement about what's coming up this quarter - I can hardly contain myself! I’m working with a group of amazing contact centre leaders, helping them take their capabilities up to the next level.

Are you ready to move up to the next level? I run a 5-week 1:1 Coaching Programme taking leaders from "Uncertain to Unstoppable". The programme is 5x 90-mins session which meets you at the level you are right now and teaches you how to "coach for performance".

The "Unanswered Questions" series is currently on episode 4 of 6. The next two episodes will be available in January. This series is answering questions leaders were never brave enough to ask or didn't like the answer they originally got.

In February, I’m launching a brand-new series called: ‘Exceptional Leaders.’ Each episode will showcase a manager who faced a major challenge and worked their way through it; demonstrating that leaders are made and not born.
